1st RC Flight School is happy to share the optimized RealFlight planes and crucial transmitter settings that it uses for simulator training. Enjoy hyper realistic planes that ensure your sim practice maximizes the potential of your simulator and yourself.
"Thank you for all your time and hard work on this. Exceeding expectations yet again. I went right into using the Extra 300 model, and wow what a difference. Actually snaps now instead of a pitchy roll and just 'feels' right. Inverted flight feels more realistic, the slight torque roll during takeoff is gone... and now actually being able to tell the effect of under/over controlling the rudder input = golden.
I found that my DX9 was a couple firmware versions behind so importing the models was failing. I updated it to the current version all then imported perfectly and all is good. If you get any user complaints or questions raised like that, get transmitter firmware updated and try again." Andrew Wolf. Westerville, OH

Notice!
Simulators can be terrific tools for practicing new maneuvers and building confidence. However, developing the good habits that ensure long term success requires instruction.
Those who teach themselves on a simulator are likely to learn to fly with fewer crashes. But, as many pilots discover when their skills soon plateau, just because a person can fly, it does not mean that he or she is flying correctly. Most people think that getting better at making corrections and stick time are the main requirements for better flying, so little thought is given to how they fly, or whether they are flying correctly. Self taught pilots typically make 3 to 4 times more control inputs than what the maneuvers require when flown optimally. As a consequence, they encounter slower rates of learning, inconsistent landings, and difficulties adjusting to new models and wind.
It is therefore vitally important that you understand the correct techniques before practicing any new skill on a simulator. That's exactly what 1st RC Flight School manuals are designed to do. Go to Manuals Page
