Tuition Refund Policy
We have always tried to be understanding when an uncontrollable situation causes a cancellation, yet in years past
some people have pulled-out within days of their scheduled class because they became too busy—with
no time for the people holding for openings to make arrangements—and the slot was left open. Therefore, we
have had to adopt the following refund policy in the event of a cancellation: With over eight weeks notice the tuition will be fully refunded less a
$35 service fee, over six weeks notice 20% will be subtracted from the tuition refund,
30% deducted with over four weeks notice, 50% over three weeks notice, 70% over two weeks notice,
90% over one week notice, and 100% less than one week notice. |
